Junior Cash Analyst

Your new Role

Your role:

• Daily financial reporting
• Cash handling, including reconciliation, refund processing, and updating incoming merchant and customer payments using internal tools, Oracle, FIS, and banking systems
• Resolving payment issues in close collaboration with international teams, the Product team, Oracle Finance teams, as well as Sales and Operations teams
• Preparation and maintenance of documentation for auditors and tax authorities

Your Skills

Required Competencies

• Completed professional education or studies with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Payment Transactions
• First professional experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, treasury, or banking is an advantage
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a structured and accurate manner
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
